With the balance arm and the weight of the milling head, you can work with minimal physical effort and vibration-free. This ensures a consistent and precise finish, whether you are milling a radius or a bevel. The milling head is easily adjustable to different angles for various applications. Thanks to the convenient tool mount, you can quickly switch tools, and most commercially available milling tools – such as those from BevelTools – are compatible with the TopEdge machine.

A precise bevel creates a larger weld surface, allowing better adhesion of the welding material. This results in a stronger connection between the plate parts and also improves the penetration. In addition to milling a 45° bevel, this semi-automatic milling machine can also mill a custom radius (from R=2 to R=8), suitable for steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.

The TopEdge is equipped with a work surface that features a hole pattern similar to a welding table. In combination with welding clamps, the workpiece is securely held in place. Optionally, you can choose a worktable with electromagnets, which allows you to quickly and strongly fix steel products, with a magnetic pull force of 300 kg per magnet.

The machine features a safe two-hand operation, ensuring you always work in a controlled manner. Additionally, vibrations to the operator are significantly reduced, greatly lowering the risk of complaints such as WVF (white finger disease) or HAVS (hand-arm vibration syndrome).
