F1200– All-Round Finish Machine

Discover the advanced F1200 finish machine, equipped with an intuitive HMI touchscreen for effortless operation. This screen enables operators to easily switch between various finish programs, ensuring high reproducibility of product quality and minimizing operational errors. Depending on the materials to be finished, you can choose a system with vacuum or magnetic product fixation.

At the input side, burrs and imperfections are removed by a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth and burr-free surface. This is followed by four oscillating disc brushes that apply light pressure. The brushes provide an even rounding of all edges and holes, on both inner and outer contours, leading to the most optimal finish.

Additionally, the F1200 is also available in an XL version, which adds an extra fourth station. This station includes a second grinding unit that offers the possibility to apply a line finish with a finer grinding belt or to finish with a Scotch-Brite belt.

The F1200 is possible with automatic brush calibration that ensure constant consistency and precision, as well as full ERP control and flawless integration into automated production environments. In short, it is a finish machine that is fully prepared for the future!
